Psychedelics help us take a new exit off our well-paved neurological highway. Years of habitual living form an algorithm for our day-to-day life, yet jumping off of the familiar can feel vulnerable.   

After a psychedelic experience, new circuits form within the habitual algorithm schematic of life. Mindset and integration coaching support these newly formed networks. 

When we peek through the door of higher conscientiousness, perceptions change, and ways of being change leading us to explore new possibilities and potential.

 Your Mindset - Pre-Journey Coaching

Connecting to who you are, at your essence, is a sacred experience.

Creating an intention for the journey is essential to set the stage for the experience. 

Ask a specific question, be open to receiving a broad message or asking for clarity around an issue are ways to guide your trip intentions.  

 A pre-journey coaching session can help you to discern what is asking to be noticed.

 Integration Coaching

Talking about the experience keeps new pathways open, reinforcing your ability to thrive in this emerging way of being.

During the coaching process, we will explore what came up in ways that are meaningful to you. The symbology represented in your experience has specific significance related to your life. We’ll dig into those messages and what they mean for you in your life moving forward. 

Integrating the experience supports your capacity to align who you are at your essence with your humanity.  

We can work together virturally or you may want to come to Virginia for equine supported coaching. Horses add a profound layer of supportive energy in the process.
