Tell me, what is it you plan to do with your one wild and precious life?

Living in Rhythm — Aligning with Nature’s Cycles

The Coaching Framework

In our modern world, it’s easy to drift off course—living on autopilot, disconnected from nature, from our bodies, and from the deeper currents of purpose that quietly guide us. My coaching framework is designed to interrupt that cycle and invite you back into conscious alignment.

I draw from a range of integrative tools and practices, with two key foundations at the heart of our work together:

  • The Medicine Wheel, a timeless map of natural cycles and human growth.
  • The Three Fundamental Questions: a transformational guide to uncovering what wants to happen, who your life is asking you to become, and what actions will align you with your next chapter.

Alongside these frameworks, I incorporate somatic awareness, nature-based reflection, equine wisdom, and intuitive guidance to create a personalized experience that is both grounding and expansive.

A Coaching Path Rooted in Nature’s Cycles

The Medicine Wheel reminds us that life is not linear. It flows through repeating cycles of becoming, growing, maturing, releasing, and beginning again. By aligning our growth with the elements, seasons, and directions, we reclaim a natural way of evolving.

Together, we'll explore the directions:

  • East (Spring, Air): Endings and beginnings.
  • South (Summer, Fire): Joyful engagement with life.
  • West (Autumn, Water): Identifying and honoring what must be shed.
  • North (Winter, Earth): Wisdom, rest, deep integration.

Through this framework, you’ll discover where you stand within your life’s natural rhythm and reveal the energy, focus, and next steps that are most aligned with your soul’s path.

More About the Medicine Wheel

The Three Fundamental Questions

The Three Fundamental Questions* offer a synergistic approach to deepen your exploration within the Medicine Wheel, guiding you to uncover what is emerging in your life.

These questions are:

  1. What Wants to Happen?
What energy, desire, or potential is asking to emerge?
  2. Who Is This Asking Me to BE?
What qualities or inner presence are being asked of you?
  3. What Is This Asking Me to DO?
How do you translate insight into aligned, tangible action?

How Horses Support the Process

Is This the Season to Begin Again?

This experience is for you if:

  • You’re moving through a life transition and are uncertain about what’s next.
  • Old patterns feel heavy, and you long for a new direction.
  • You’re integrating grief, loss, or profound change.
  • You seek to reconnect with nature, Soul, and your most authentic self.

At Eponicity, coaching is a supportive return to your natural rhythm. Guided every step of the way, you’ll uncover what wants to emerge, and shape a plan that is both soulful and practical.

This process is spiritual and grounding. It helps you rediscover your place within the greater whole, gain clarity about your past, insight into the present, and confidence for the path ahead.

If life feels heavy or you’ve been pulled off course, consider this your invitation to realign with your Soul’s timing.

Challenges are not failures—they are signals, calling you to release what no longer serves and step into the chapter that’s waiting.

Details and Planning

Private Retreat Structure

Welcome to your time of renewal and reconnection. Each private retreat is thoughtfully structured over four days, offering a balanced blend of guided reflection, personal time, and immersive experiences with nature and horses.

To support your journey before and after your time here, you’ll also receive one pre-retreat and one post-retreat Zoom call, ensuring you feel supported throughout the entire process.

Looking for something unique to your path? I’m happy to customize the content or itinerary to align with your personal intentions. Simply schedule a call, and we’ll explore what will best serve you.

No prior horse experience is necessary, and there is no riding involved. All work is done on the ground in partnership with the horses.

Food and Lodging

Your retreat experience includes comfortable on-site lodging in our guest accommodations. Our guest room features a king bed (which can be converted into two twin beds), a private entrance, and a terrace.

You are warmly invited to share meals with us. Meals are freshly prepared with locally sourced ingredients, including produce from our own farm whenever possible. We can accommodate special dietary needs—just let us know in advance so we can plan accordingly.

Our location is intentionally remote, offering deep immersion in nature. The closest restaurant is about 30 minutes away, but if you’d prefer to stay off-site, there are a variety of lodging options within a 30-minute drive. We’re happy to offer recommendations to help you find what feels right for you.

About the Area

Our retreat is designed to be a sanctuary of privacy and introspection.  But your experience in Costa Rica end here. We encourage you to extend your stay and explore the incredible beauty and adventure this region has to offer.

Within an hour’s drive or less, you’ll discover a multitude of activities and unforgettable experiences. From the laid-back beaches of Dominical to the awe-inspiring marine life of Uvita, and the untamed wilderness of the Osa Peninsula, there is something for everyone.

In Dominical, you’ll find surfing, yoga studios, artisan markets, and beachside cafes. Just a short distance away, Uvita offers access to the famous Whale’s Tail Beach at Marino Ballena National Park, where you can enjoy whale watching (seasonal), snorkeling, and kayaking in protected waters.

If you crave adventure, the surrounding areas offer zip-lining, horseback riding, white-water rafting, and (even more) waterfall hikes. Birdwatchers and nature lovers can venture into nearby cloud forests, known for their rich biodiversity and sightings of the elusive quetzal.

For a deeper immersion into untouched wilderness, consider adding on a visit to the Osa Peninsula—a global biodiversity hotspot, home to Corcovado National Park, scarlet macaws, jaguars, and pristine beaches.

We recommend staying with us or nearby during your retreat days, then taking extra days before heading home to fully integrate your retreat experience and enjoy the area. This additional time gives you space to reflect, ground yourself, and ease back into daily life with greater clarity and purpose.

Google Uvita, Dominical, and Osa Peninsula for more ideas—or just ask us!
