Sometimes you can feel it before you can name it.
Something is shifting. A relationship that no longer fits the way it once did. A role you've outgrown without quite realizing it. A persistent sense that who you were is not who you are becoming.
You don't need more information. You don't need another framework or a better plan. You need space.
Space to step out of the noise long enough to hear yourself think. Space to ask the questions you've been too busy to sit with. Space to find out what is actually true for you now — not who you were five years ago, not who others need you to be, but who you are in this moment and what you are being called toward.
This work is not about fixing what's broken. It's about remembering what was never lost — and making a conscious choice about what comes next.

I work at thresholds.
Not as a concept — but as a place I have stood, personally and professionally, more times than I can count. Forty years of sitting with people at the edges of life in NICUs, in hospice rooms, in the space between who someone was and who they were becoming has taught me something that no training program can fully convey: the answers people are looking for are rarely missing. They are waiting. Waiting for the right conditions, the right silence, the right question.
That space is what I create.
I work with individuals navigating the kind of transitions that don't come with a roadmap — the ones where what has been is no longer sustainable, and what comes next is not yet fully formed.
Drawing on decades of experience in healthcare, coaching, and equine-guided facilitation, I offer something that goes beyond insight into something you can actually feel and carry forward.
This work is not prescriptive. There is no protocol to follow, no worksheet to complete. It is experiential, intuitive, and built on a single conviction: that what you are looking for is already in you.
This is for you if you are ready to step out of your current environment and into a space where real clarity can emerge.

Short-term, high-impact sessions designed to:

Each session or retreat is shaped around a central theme as a lens through which we do the work together.
The Medicine Wheel:
You are always somewhere in the cycle. This work helps you find where you are, understand what that place is asking of you, and move through it with intention rather than resistance.
Family (re) Connection:
The relationships that formed us are often the ones that need the most tending. This work creates space to repair what's frayed, redefine what's changed, and strengthen the threads that run across generations.
Grief and Loss Integration:
Grief is not only about death. It is about identity, about the life you thought you'd have, about who you were before everything changed. This work helps you carry what deserves to be carried and set down what doesn't.
Life Transitions Divorce. Relocation. Retirement:
A career that no longer fits. A relationship that has run its course. Sometimes the transition is chosen; sometimes it arrives uninvited. Either way, this work helps you move through it rather than around it.
Nervous System Reset:
When the body has been running on high alert for too long, thinking your way through it isn't enough. This work helps you move out of survival mode and back into a state where real choice — and real rest — becomes possible again.
Purpose and What's Next:
You did what was expected. You built what you were supposed to build. And now something quieter is asking to be heard. This work creates the conditions for that voice to surface.
Living Fully — End-of-Life Awareness:
Mortality is not the enemy of a good life. It is the clarifier. This work uses our awareness of our finitude not to create fear, but to illuminate what actually matters — so you can live with greater presence, greater intention, and less waiting.

Horses have no interest in the version of yourself you present to the world.
They don't respond to your credentials, your composure, or the story you've been telling about why things are the way they are.
They respond to your actual state — the one underneath all of that. And they reflect it back with a clarity that is difficult to find anywhere else.
In their presence, things that are hard to see become visible quickly. Where you are holding back. Where you are pushing too hard. Where you are, without realizing it, completely yourself.
That moment of recognition — when the horse responds to something true in you before you've consciously named it — is often where the real work begins.
No experience with horses is necessary.
For those integrating significant life changes and wanting continued support.

This work tends to find the people it's meant for. They are usually in the middle of something — a transition, a loss, a quiet but persistent sense that the life they've been living no longer quite fits.
They value honesty over comfort. They are willing to look at what's actually there, not just what they hoped would be. And something in them is ready to move — even if they don't yet know what that movement looks like. If that sounds familiar, you're probably in the right place.
A Note on Availability
I work with a small number of clients at any given time. Not as a marketing strategy — but because this work deserves full presence, and full presence has limits. Each person I work with receives something focused, responsive, and genuinely personal.
If you're considering reaching out, don't wait too long. Space opens when it's meant to, and fills the same way.

This is for you if something is shifting — and you can feel it, even if you can't quite name it yet.
Maybe it's a restlessness that won't settle. A transition you didn't plan for. A growing sense that the life you've built, the role you've been playing, or the story you've been telling no longer fits the person you're becoming.

You don't need more input. You need space to hear what is already there.

We work with what is present, what is ready, and what is true. The horses accelerate that awareness. The land supports it. The structure holds it.
What emerges is yours — not a reflection of someone else's map.

Not answers. Something more useful.
A clearer sense of where you actually are. A shift in how you see your situation — and yourself within it. A deeper trust in your own knowing, the kind that doesn't require outside confirmation to feel real.

From that place, the next step tends to become obvious. Not because someone told you what it was — but because you finally had the space to hear it yourself.

If something on this page has stayed with you, that's worth paying attention to.
The best place to start is a conversation — not a sales call, not an intake form. Just a real exchange about what's bringing you here, whether this work is the right fit, and what kind of experience would actually serve you.
You don't need to have it figured out before you reach out. You only need to be willing to pause long enough to listen — to yourself, and to what this might be.
Most people know within the first few minutes whether this is for them. If you're still reading, you probably already know.
