Explore these Four Powerful Pathways of Transformation below.
Feeling stuck or restless? This retreat is for those sensing a shift within but unsure of what’s next. Together, we’ll explore where you are in your life’s natural cycles, uncover what wants to emerge, and clarify the vision of your next chapter. Whether stepping into a new career, life phase, or creative calling, you will leave with clarity and aligned momentum.
Relationships shape the seasons of our lives—family, partners, friends, even our relationship with self. This retreat focuses on rekindling connection, healing relationship wounds, and learning to cultivate healthier, more joyful bonds. Perfect for individuals or family members seeking reconnection, understanding, and emotional vitality.
Loss changes us. This retreat is for those grieving the death of a loved one, a major life transition, or any significant ending. We will honor your sorrow, allow space for healing, and support your movement from raw grief toward transformation—so you can carry forward wisdom and continue living fully.
Facing end-of-life doesn’t have to be cloaked in fear or avoidance. Whether you are navigating your own mortality or preparing to support a loved one, this retreat offers gentle, profound guidance. Here we honor the sacred cycle of life, clear unfinished stories, and foster peace, allowing you to approach this stage with grace and courage.
Welcome to your time of renewal and reconnection. Each private retreat is thoughtfully structured over four days, offering a balanced blend of guided reflection, personal time, and immersive experiences with nature and horses.
To support your journey before and after your time here, you’ll also receive one pre-retreat and one post-retreat Zoom call, ensuring you feel supported throughout the entire process.

No prior horse experience is necessary, and there is no riding involved. All work is done on the ground in partnership with the horses.
Your retreat experience includes comfortable on-site lodging in our guest accommodations. Our guest room features a king bed (which can be converted into two twin beds), a private entrance, and a terrace.
You are warmly invited to share meals with us. Meals are freshly prepared with locally sourced ingredients, including produce from our own farm whenever possible. We can accommodate special dietary needs—just let us know in advance so we can plan accordingly.
Our location is intentionally remote, offering deep immersion in nature. The closest restaurant is about 30 minutes away, but if you’d prefer to stay off-site, there are a variety of lodging options within a 30-minute drive. We’re happy to offer recommendations to help you find what feels right for you.
Our retreat is designed to be a sanctuary of privacy and introspection. But your experience in Costa Rica end here. We encourage you to extend your stay and explore the incredible beauty and adventure this region has to offer.
Within an hour’s drive or less, you’ll discover a multitude of activities and unforgettable experiences. From the laid-back beaches of Dominical to the awe-inspiring marine life of Uvita, and the untamed wilderness of the Osa Peninsula, there is something for everyone.
In Dominical, you’ll find surfing, yoga studios, artisan markets, and beachside cafes. Just a short distance away, Uvita offers access to the famous Whale’s Tail Beach at Marino Ballena National Park, where you can enjoy whale watching (seasonal), snorkeling, and kayaking in protected waters.
If you crave adventure, the surrounding areas offer zip-lining, horseback riding, white-water rafting, and (even more) waterfall hikes. Birdwatchers and nature lovers can venture into nearby cloud forests, known for their rich biodiversity and sightings of the elusive quetzal.
For a deeper immersion into untouched wilderness, consider adding on a visit to the Osa Peninsula—a global biodiversity hotspot, home to Corcovado National Park, scarlet macaws, jaguars, and pristine beaches.
We recommend staying with us or nearby during your retreat days, then taking extra days before heading home to fully integrate your retreat experience and enjoy the area. This additional time gives you space to reflect, ground yourself, and ease back into daily life with greater clarity and purpose.
Google Uvita, Dominical, and Osa Peninsula for more ideas—or just ask us!
