I offer personalized mentorship for experienced equine-facilitated learning practitioners who want to add new tools and approaches to their existing practice.

Drawing upon my 20 years of experience in equine-supported coaching, transformational coaching, and experiential learning, I'll share methods and perspectives that you can adapt and integrate into the work you're already doing.

 Depending on your interests, we might explore:

• Herd Dynamics and Roles: Understanding the different roles horses play within the herd and how these can become powerful metaphors for human relationships and behavior.
• The Medicine Wheel: Using this framework to explore life transitions, patterns, perspectives, and possibilities.
• Transformational Presence Coaching: Bringing powerful questions, intuitive awareness, and practical tools into your facilitation.
• Energy Awareness and the Chakras: Exploring how different energetic qualities influence our interactions and how to work with them intentionally.
• Systemic Constellations: Using experiential exercises to reveal patterns and dynamics within families, relationships, and organizations.
• Creative Integration: Incorporating sand tray work, art, coaching cards, and other reflective practices to help clients bring their discoveries into everyday life.
